In my time working with Aidan I have made tremendous progress. He is reliable and constantly checks in on you and answers any questions I have. Being a pro athlete, it is easy for me to tell who is knowledgeable and cares and who sees each client as a source of money. Aidan genuinely cares for your success. As a coach it is important to constantly self-evaluate and think about the product you are giving your clients, Aidan works hard to listen to feedback and improve the experience.

When I first met Aidan, I was experiencing chronic low back pain and was unable to walk for more than a few minutes without needing to stop. Aidan's guidance and instruction contributed to my being able to walk upstairs when I previously had to take the elevator. I've been able to do more on my own such as groceries and shopping. I can also travel independently again! I highly recommend Aidan as a trainer; he was able to help encourage me and is a huge reason why I can enjoy living again! Thank you, Aidan!

Aidan and I have been working together for a little less than a year, and he has quickly become one of the most influential people in my life. Over the course of this last year, he has helped me improve strength and endurance while also teaching me to properly learn what’s best for my body. After having a quick introductory chat, Aidan was able to quickly address my concerns and goals. He shared his knowledge with me and taught me how to apply it. My nutrition has never been better, my physical ability has never been better. If I had to give him a rating, I would genuinely rate him a 5/5. I had constant encouragement throughout the whole time which helps with accountability and willingness to continue even when it can get hard. What I loved most about Aidans coaching style was the fact that you could talk openly about your relationship with food and exercise, and tackle any issues together. The constant communication made it easy to stay on track & motivated and he would always be there to answer, and even research, any questions I had no matter how random they were! I’ve been training online and in person with Aidan for over 2 years and in that time I’ve lost 50 pounds while also getting stronger and more confident in the gym. The weekly check ins really help keep me accountable and supported, and he always brings a positive and encouraging approach. On top of that, he’s genuinely funny, which makes the whole process way more enjoyable. If you want results and someone who makes fitness feel less intimidating, Aidan is your guy!!!

Aidan is a very knowledgeable coach that cares for each and every one of his clients. He limits the number of clients he can take so as to be able to dedicate the necessary time and effort for each client. Questions were asked anytime, and he would respond in a very timely manner with a detailed explanation. He listens to feedback and adjusts accordingly. Overall, a very positive experience!
